Golden Ridge Condominium Association
The Clubhouse, the HOA Office and the Maintenance Shop are located in the Recreation Center on the GRCA grounds.

The offices at this location handle the use and control of the Clubhouse facilities as well as the
maintenance of common areas and communications with home owners and residents.
A member of the management personnel is usually available at the Clubhouse office
weekdays from 9:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.
A staff member is always available during the hours when the Clubhouse is open for general
resident use -- 2:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. weekdays and 12:00 Noon until 10:00 P.M. Saturdays and Sundays.

The Golden Ridge Condominium Association is governed by a nine member Board of Managers.
Managers are elected or appointed from among the GRCA members (owners), for three year terms.
Association members are welcome and given opportunity to speak at all Board meetings.
